Refund Policy

Overview
HSK Hanzi subscriptions are purchased and managed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Because Apple and Google process all payments, refund requests must be submitted directly to the respective platform. We do not have access to your payment information and cannot process refunds on their behalf.
How to Request a Refund
iOS (Apple App Store)
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the HSK Hanzi subscription charge in your purchase history
- Select "Request a refund" and follow Apple's instructions
You can also contact Apple Support directly at support.apple.com/billing for assistance with billing and refunds.
Android (Google Play Store)
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history
- Find the HSK Hanzi subscription charge
- Tap Report a problem and follow the instructions
You can also request a refund at Google Play Help or contact Google Play Support directly.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
To prevent future charges, cancel your subscription before the renewal date:
iOS
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions
- Select HSK Hanzi
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Android
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
- Select HSK Hanzi
- Tap Cancel subscription
Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before your current period ends. After cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period.
Free Trial
HSK Hanzi offers a free trial period for new subscribers. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the displayed price.
